Cameron Cuenod
Managing Partner
Cameron is the founder and Managing Partner of Gordian Real Estate, where he leads the firm's investment strategy and operations. Prior to founding Gordian in 2024, Cameron spent three years as a Principal at Triten Real Estate Partners overseeing industrial acquisitions in Florida. He built Triten’s Florida presence from zero to ten properties over three years. He has acquired over $85 million of mostly industrial property across Florida and Texas. Cameron began his career in corporate finance before pivoting to commercial real estate.
Cameron holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Rice University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
Patrick McBride
Partner
Pat is the Florida Partner at Gordian Real Estate, leading acquisitions efforts across the state. Pat applies his eight years of industrial brokerage experience to the principal side of the business in sourcing and evaluating deals. With a front row seat to the industrial boom across the state, Pat has developed expertise in the burgeoning industrial outdoor storage (IOS) space as one of the preeiminent deal makers in South Florida. Additionally, Pat brings three years of legal experience as a Florida Bar Certified lawyer.
Pat holds a J.D. and B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Miami.
